Patient Participation Group
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients registered with the surgery who have no medical training but have an interest in the services provided. The aim of the PPG is to represent patients' views and cross barriers, embracing diversity and to work in partnership with the surgery to improve common understanding. Please speak to a member of our reception team if you are interested in joining the group. Minutes of the meetings held can be viewed in the summer news section link above. The next meeting will be held on 11th September 2017 at 10 am. Please contact the PPG Liaison through the practice reception for details.
If you are Croydon resident and are unable to get an urgent appointment at your GP surgery you can call NHS 111 for an assessment of your problem. if you then need to see a GP NHS 111 can book an appointment for you to be seen at one of the three new GP Hubs in Croydon which are open 8:00 am to 8:00 pm 7 days a week 365 days a year. You can also be seen at a GP Hub without an appointment but may have to wait.
